Human Resources (HR) is a field that is subject to frequent changes in laws and changing labour market conditions. Along with this, there is a need to create a number of documents that are necessary to comply with legal conditions and to protect employees at work.
In our market there aren’t enough domestic workers for certain positions, therefore, large multinational manufacturing companies often have to look abroad.
